A central, family-run guesthouse in Aberdeen providing inexpensive, comfortable accommodation close to the city centre, with some private parking.
The friendly guest house is an ideal base for visiting Royal Deeside, the castle, and whisky and coastal trails. The city centre, shops, theatres, parks, pubs, clubs and restaurants are within easy walking distance, as are the rail and bus terminals.
The beach is only 20 minutes’ walk from here, or a short bus ride away. Its many attractions include a leisure centre, fun fair, bowling alley, multi-screen cinema, restaurants and shops, as well as the historic fishing village of Footdee (Fitty).
With 6 comfortable rooms and a small car park, the guesthouse aims to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. There are no en suite rooms in the guest house and all guests share bathrooms. Accommodation is on a room-only basis. There are currently no meals served.
Free parking spaces are available near the hotel (3 minutes away). The car park is open between 18:00 and 08:00.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

There are no en suites in the guesthouse and all of our guests share bathrooms. Children must share a room with the responsible adult/s.

From the South:
- From the A90, take the turn marked Harbour Road, approximately 5 km (3 miles) south of Aberdeen; 3.2 km (2 miles) after passing Portlethen.
- Follow this road into the city through several roundabouts and traffic lights until you come to the roundabout beside the River Dee.
- Cross the river on the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge and at the next roundabout go straight ahead under the railway arch.
- The road veers to the right and at the 1st set of traffic lights, go straight ahead and then take the 2nd left onto Wellington Place.
- The Antrim is at the top left hand corner of the street.
From the North:
- Follow the A96 into the city until you come to the Inner Ring Road (A90).
- Follow this road around the city through several roundabouts and sets of traffic lights until you come to the junction at Great Western Road (A93).
- Turn left, towards the city centre. Keep going straight ahead, crossing junctions at Holburn Street and Bon Accord Street.
- At the crossroads with Crown Street go straight ahead.
- The Antrim is on the right hand corner of Wellington Place.
From the West:
- Follow the A93 into the city until you come to the Inner Ring Road (A90), at the junction with the Mannofield Hotel.
- Go straight ahead onto Great Western Road and continue until you reach the city centre.
- Keep going straight ahead, crossing junctions at Holborn Street and Bon Accord Street to the junction with Crown Street.
- Continue straight ahead into Wellington Place and the Antrim is on the top right hand corner.
